we know this was two streets earlier, arlington terrace and fenwick street. what's the latest now? >> i do want to clarify this is not an evacuation order. what we're talking about is that residents should be prepared for the possibility of flooding in their neighborhood. bieve this is possible tomorrow afternoon or evening. again we are not asking anybody new to evacuate, but if you live east of ft. hunt road west of the george washington parkway, south of bell haven road and north of wake forest drive, you are in the areas that the county is a bit concerned about. we do have county engineers who are monitoring this situation and if flooding is imminent and an evacuation would be required, they'll be called and the public safety personnel will actually come to their door. >> let me ask you. we have a reporter who has been on the scene there all evening long when the evacuations were taking place. there were some people who said hey were not going to heave. how do you handle -- leave. how do you handle situations like that? >> well, of course, it is ultimately a personal decision.

and in through arlington and alexandria, you'll continue to see that very heavy rain. once again, there is hail signature with this. and i think we could be seeing some small hail right along route 1 here, right over the airport. probably just to the west of the airport. maybe around the pentagon. and then farther down toward the south, around ann arundel and through portions of charles county and prince william county, quantico, heavy rain here along the potomac. we've got a lot of rain along the i-95 corridor. everybody else, high and dry. look at this long line of showers and storms that has developed. it is a very thin line. but it's coming right through some of our more populated areas. as we move through the night tonight and into the day tomorrow, we'll dry out. i think we'll see a pretty nice day tomorrow. it will be rather cool with a lot of cloud cover. sunday, nothing but sunshine. a high of 67. monday, tuesday, wednesday, thursday, all looking great, with temperatures into the 70s. so we just have to get through what's left of the rain tonight. >> all right
